First, we will conduct an internal audit to determine what needs corrected before the survey. Secondly, we will report our findings to the leadership and put in place all changes needed to proceed with accreditation. Third, OTC will fill out the Joint Commission Application and submit on behalf of the organization. Fourth, OTC will report to the facility 24-48 hours prior to the scheduled survey. Fifth, OTC will be present for the on-site JTC survey. Lastly, OTC will respond to any findings and ensure completion of the process.
