Orion Treatment Consulting offers more than just treatment center development. We are happy to be able to offer Peer Support Specialist Training. Our team has a multi-decade long history in the treatment space and have conducted hundreds of trainings on various treatment topics. With the rise in substance use disorders, the State of Colorado has created a number of initiatives to provide people access to trained recovery coaches. Our Peer Support Specialist Colorado training is designed to provide you with the competencies to start your coaching practice.

Our Recovery Coaching Training is approved by COPA and counts toward the International Certification and Reciprocity Consortium as containing the core competencies needed to become a recovery coach.

We provide a 60 hour training that will help you take your recovery to the next level or help you become a highly skilled coach. With a large public health campaign in Colorado to broaden access to peer support services, Orion is excited to support coaches on their journey.

Recovery Coach Training

  4. Ethics and Liability
  5. Motivation and Change
  6. Trauma Integrated Care
  7. Cultural Competencies

  9. Life Skills Coaching
  10. Charting and Supervision
