Sober Companion

Sober Companions in Recovery

In early sobriety, it can be very difficult to return home after receiving treatment. A sober companion, also known as a recovery companion, provides 24-hour support to individuals who have recently completed treatment and might require a “soft landing” in their return to society. Our staff of highly trained sober companions can provide a safe and supportive environment to help you or your loved one return to their home to become a happy and productive member of society.

Sober companionship also often called recovery coaching eases the transition back into daily routines while learning how to create new healthy habits and goals.  Our sober companions are highly trained with decades of experience. We focus on life skills, maintaining and utilizing the tools of recovery as well as learning to have fun in recovery. Early recovery is overwhelming at best, having an extra shoulder to lean on is a great way to prevent relapse and solidify hard earned recovery.

Sober companions not only support sobriety but we can offer additional one on one support for compulsive disorders, eating disorders, depression, anxiety and grief. There are many reasons an individual might benefit from a supportive recovery companion, we hope to offer hope to anyone requesting a little assistance with their mental health. We are here to break the stigma and offer a helping hand.
